2. Shipping Regions

We proudly ship our products across Europe. We also extend our shipping services to the US, Canada, UAE, select Asian countries, Australia and New Zealand.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates will apply based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • For custom and bulk orders, please contact our customer service for specialized shipping quotes.

4. Processing Time

  • Stock orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Custom-made products require additional processing time, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination.
    • Domestic (Switzerland): Typically 2-5 business days.
    • Europe: 5-10 business days.
    • International (Outside Europe): 10-20 business days.
  • Please note that these are approximate delivery times and can vary due to factors beyond our control.

6. EU Deliveries

Goods shipped to destinations within the European Union are dispatched from our warehouse located within the EU. As a result, customers within the EU will not be subject to any import duties.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the respective courier's website to track your package.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders (outside of the EU and CH) are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs fees and taxes associated with the import are the responsibility of the customer. However, for EU and Swiss residents, since the goods are delivered from our warehouse within the EU or in Switzerland, no import duties apply. All products and services offered are excluding VAT

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist in replacing or refunding such orders.

10. Returns and Exchanges
