• 2.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, sale items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

• 3.1 Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• 3.2 Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method's policies.

• 3.3 Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange. In cases of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
